She figured there had to be a better way to do this, and she opened the Jerusalem shop in 2013. Over thirteen years she listened to women describe their wig-buying lives. Almost every one was the same shape: busy, capable, putting it off, worried about making an expensive mistake.

So she built the catalog around how it actually works.
