Email us at info@clementinewigs.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a return label. Once the wig is back with us, the refund hits your card within 10 business days.

Tags on, no cuts, no styling product, no smoke. We get that you need to try it on. So try it on. Just don't wear it out.

Once you've worn the wig, the 7-day return window closes. What stays open is the 30-day warranty. If something goes wrong with the wig in the first 30 days of wear, we'll make it right.

After that, we're still here. If something comes up, reach us at info@clementinewigs.com and we'll sort it out.
