Every wig on the site exists, in stock, already styled. Nothing is made to order and nothing is waiting on a factory. The hairline and cap size you picked are done before it ships, so when the box arrives you put it on and go.

If you know your color, shop by color and go straight to it. If you're not sure, the finder asks you three questions and shows you the one to three wigs that fit. Every photo is a real wig on a real head in plain light, and if the color is wrong when it arrives, send it back within 10 days.

No. Everything we sell is new, and we don't buy used wigs either.

Two things, both on the product page before you add to cart: the hairline (flat, with height, or extra) and the cap size (small, medium or large). Both are included in the price. There is also a box for anything else you want us to know, and Malka reads every note. We don't dye, highlight or root to order; the color you see is the color that ships.

Most women are a medium, and that's the size we preselect. If you know from your last wig that you run small or large, choose that instead. If you're not sure, measure (the next question) and send us the number on WhatsApp, and we'll tell you which cap to pick.

With a soft tape measure, once around your head: start at your front hairline, go over your ears, around the nape and back to the front. Write the number down in centimeters or inches. A short video showing it is coming to the Learn page.

Yes, both. The showroom is at Paran 7 in Jerusalem; book a time and come try them on. From anywhere else, book a virtual appointment and Malka or someone on the team will go through it with you on a call. Neither is required. Most women order straight from the site.

Human hair, all of it, air-dried rather than heat-styled. The dark browns are their natural color; the lighter shades are dyed. Because it's real hair it takes heat and holds a style you set, and it'll want a refresh now and then, same as your own.

It looks like hair. Most of the catalog is lace top, so the part looks like skin, and the density is medium, so it doesn't sit on your head like a helmet. If it looked like a wig, we wouldn't ship it.

Yes. It's human hair, so it washes at home with shampoo and conditioner, and it dries in the air with no blow-dryer. That's how it was styled here too: everything is natural air dry. The washing and drying videos are on the Learn page.

Anywhere in the world, free. Your order leaves Jerusalem once your adjustments are done, and you get a tracking number by email the day it ships. Outside the US, your country may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives; that is billed by the courier, not by us. If you need it by a date, tell us in the note at checkout or on WhatsApp.

Send it back within 10 days of delivery, unworn, and we refund the full price. We pay the return shipping wherever you live. Unworn means the tags are still on and the wig hasn't been cut, styled with product or exposed to smoke. Do try it on at home; just don't wear it out.

Every wig is covered by a 30-day warranty from the day it arrives. If something goes wrong with it in that time, email us and we'll repair or replace it. After that we're still here, so write to us and we'll sort it out.
